We’re delighted to welcome Nikki Bhamra as our keynote speaker.
Nikki is a former Senior Crime Investigator, human behaviour expert, and award-winning keynote speaker. For more than two decades, Nikki led teams in the fight against serious and organised crime, including human trafficking investigations globally.
Working in demanding, traditionally male-dominated environments taught her how confidence is built, how trust is earned and how important it is to find your voice when the stakes are high.
Today, Nikki speaks internationally, helping leaders and teams think more like investigators: challenging assumptions, strengthening judgement, and understanding the human behaviour that shapes trust, performance, and culture.
For our International Women’s Day celebration, Nikki will draw on her own leadership journey and investigative career to explore courage, resilience, personal growth, and the importance of allyship in creating workplaces where women can progress, lead and thrive.
