This 2 hour workshop will provide knowledge and awareness of pain management and associated palliative symptoms, along with assessment and identification with patients who are nearing end of life.
What will I learn from this course?
- To define what is Palliative Care and End of Life Care
- To identify those patients approaching the end of life and plan ahead
- To recognise common symptoms and their management
- Awareness of common palliative care emergencies
