This 2 hour workshop will help you understand what makes people different, and how your behaviour is important in recognising and embracing differences.

What will I learn from this course?

• Knowledge of how the Equality Act 2010 protects from discrimination, harassment and victimisation for nine specific protected characteristics.
• Knowledge to recognise differences and respond positively.
• Knowledge to recognise where personal changes to behaviour can be made in order to ensure everyone feels valued and included.
• Knowledge on the importance of equality, diversity and inclusion both in and outside of the workplace.
